APPLICATION AND HEALTHY HILLEL ASSESSMENT
Thank you for your interest in joining the first cohort of Foundations for Belonging, TEN’s learning cohort for Hillels focused on food security and career readiness.
This application doubles as TEN’s Healthy Hillel Assessment. Your answers help us understand where your Hillel already has a strong response to Jewish economic vulnerability and where additional learning would be most useful, so we can make the most of our time together. There are no wrong answers. Fill it out as best you can, and we’ll keep coming back to these questions throughout the cohort.
How to answer: For questions 1–6, check the box that best describes where your Hillel is today, then tell us more. We’ll ask the same questions at the end of the cohort to see how far you’ve come.
1 Not yet: We haven’t started on this.
2 Early: We have informal or occasional efforts.
3 Developing: We have some consistent practices in place.
4 Strong: This is established and sustained.
